چکیده
Cancer is the most frequent life-threatening disease which has highest mortality rate throughout world. Diagnosis of cancer at early stage can plays a critical role for its effective and successful treatment. Traditional diagnostic methods screening are costly, time-consuming, not practical repeated screenings. However, biomarker-based diagnosis emerging as one promising strategies diagnosis, monitoring progression, subsequent This review describes recent advances improvements in electrochemical biosensors designed detecting various biomarkers using different signal transduction techniques biological recognition strategies.

Advancement in electrochemical DNA-biosensors for GMOs detection: A review
Genetically modified organisms (GMOs) are plants or animals whose genetic make-up has been transformed by recombinant DNA technology, which has new features such as resistance to herbicides, virus and insect. Recently, genetic modification of food products has increased in order to reduce world poverty and hunger and increase food production However, the impact of GMOs on the human health is a ...
متن کاملRecent Progress in Nanomaterial-Based Electrochemical Biosensors for Cancer Biomarkers: A Review.
This article reviews recent progress in the development of nanomaterial-based electrochemical biosensors for cancer biomarkers. Because of their high electrical conductivity, high affinity to biomolecules, and high surface area-to-weight ratios, nanomaterials, including metal nanoparticles, carbon nanotubes, and graphene, have been used for fabricating electrochemical biosensors. Electrodes are...
